6 Weeks of Sessions (mid-September through Mid-December, every other week)
Thursdays 2pm EST (11am PST) (NOTE: depending on participants, this might shift)
1.5 Hour Sessions with Expert Guidance + Group Mastermind Style
Experts lead first topic of each session, followed by working session to apply learnings and also dig into a secondary and timely topic for the group
Topics include Core Values, Feedback, Manager Training, OKR and Performance Structure, Compensation, Benchmarking the People function, Strategy Planning

In my work with early stage startups over the past 5 years with Hustle Hunters, I've learned how important that core operations person is to the internal culture and people-side of the business (which as we know when it comes down to it - pretty much is the business), and how lonely that role can be. This will be similar to a Mastermind.
Folks reach out as part of online communities and get part of the way, sometimes even end up with a template that's been used before - but often there's that last piece of brainstorming and running through barriers/change management/how to pitch internally and the actual impact of the thing that causes us to not quite get the outcomes we'd hoped for.
So this cohort will be a mix of expert guidance, community support and co-working to leave each session with tangible work that we can apply directly into our startups. We'll all be connected on Slack and the goal will be for this little group to be our go-to resource even long after the cohort's over.
