Then discuss why it’s important to have these discussions, and built out resources for what asks could look like for different individuals and phases of life. Lastly, we’ll work through a practical script framework for making these asks, and prepare as managers for fostering these conversations.

Join Jenny O'Connell for a virtual writing escape. No experience necessary, she caters to all levels and helps us all find our inner creative and become writers for the evening. Bring something to write with and on, and she'll help guide us through the rest! I (Nikki) did a workshop with Jenny earlier in this shelter in place period, and it was such a great experience to focus on completely other topics for a while. I'm looking forward to this too.
