Negotiating is an inevitable part of every job -- and even every relationship.

In this workshop, we’ll overview the types of compensation you can negotiate for (it’s not just base salary) and walk through the most effective tactics to use to make these asks. Our goal is to share information that helps to close the pay and employment gaps that exist for for many women, parents, and underrepresented minorities. We’ll also be hosting a mock negotiation to help contextualize the discussion.
