Read a job description to learn what the hiring team is really looking for so that you can highlight the right parts of your experience

When evaluating a group of resumes from folks who have applied to a job, the first pass through is often to select the candidates that match the core needs of the role. Descriptions often contain a lot of insights about what these 3-4 needs are, and we’ll walk through two different job descriptions on this 13 minute video to showcase what sticks out to me as someone who has been part of many job description writing and application vetting processes.
